Bad news ?
Added 2020-05-13 21:23:56 +0000 UTCHi ! I have some bad news. France has passed a law to censor hateful and illegal content. I don't know if I'm concerned with my content, but I think so. The law means that the major online platforms will be obliged to remove "manifestly" illegal content within 24 hours, on pain of being fined 250,000 euros per omission, and up to 1.25 million euros. The deadline is reduced to one hour for "child pornography and terrorist content. It's a good thing that child pornography content will be wiped out, but creators like me will find it easier to be censored, people who hate my work will find it very easy to censor me and the sites will probably not want to take any risks... there's no guarantee that creators like me in France will disappear, but there's a good chance.
