Installing the game
Online Play - (Linux, Android, Mac, PC)
Log in at nlt-media.net and click the play button for the game you wish to play.
PC - Launcher
Download the launcher at nlt-media.net and install. Log in when prompted and click the download buttons for each game you wish to install.
PC - Zip
Download the ZIP file and run game.exe. If you are updating your game, download the update files and extract them into your game's folder. If you are installing to a new folder and you do not see your save files when you load the game, move the folder called 'save' from the previous version into the new one.
Mac - Zip
Download the game and run game.app. If you are prompted to move to to another folder, create a new folder (called SotS, or whatever you wish to call it) and move game.app into that folder. If you are updating the game, open the contents of game.app and navigate to...
Contents/Resources/app.nw/
Move the contents of the update ZIP file here to update the game's files to the new version. If you don't see your save files, and are installing to a new folder, you can grab the game saves from...

and move them to the new install folder.

2024-11-18 19:39:57 +0000 UTCPlayed through .06101 today. Great cutscenes and a lot of new hints for upcoming events in the main story. Of course some new giggles provided by my favorite family the Millers. Julia has been suggestive in this one, even gave me some slight Carol vibes, which is great. Mayor downside for me: its the fourth installment of the series and yet there still is no sound, when someone goes down on the MC. With so many time invested into dialog and sounds I really hoped for that this time around. Just makes these jobs seem flat, even though they are animated extremely good. Other than that I'm looking forward to further updates and keep up the good work.

If it’s a “bonus/extra” update, then the Oracle does not provide any hints as no new story content has been added: you can talk to NPCs for some clues. If you’re ever stuck, check the NLT Discord, there’s an abundance of guides available to help you. New updates are released on the 2nd and 15th of each month. The release on the 2nd is for the Main Story, and the release on the 15th is extra/non-story related content.

2024-11-18 02:54:20 +0000 UTCManaged to download the new version to my Mac, but actually wasn't as new as I thought: a couple of weeks ago I ended the first section and the game told me to wait for the next phase - this new update doesn't seem to add anything? (At least according to the Oracle?) How long to wait until a new episode/chapter is out? I would prefer not to keep downloading new stuff every week unless it's clearly indicated which chapter/episode/sub-chapter is released. .. Sorry NLT, you know I like these games, but it's just quite confusing to navigate at times, especially as a Mac user..!
