[MHCISQD] Chapter 367: Give Me a Break!

Yaoyorozu emerged from the women's hot spring a step ahead of the others. Today's afternoon competition had drained a lot of her energy. She was planning to rest well and skip the nighttime excursion.

However, as she approached the door to her room, she caught faint sounds coming from inside.

The sound felt strangely familiar to her.

Unconsciously, Yaoyorozu's cheeks turned red.

No, she couldn't let those two cause a mess inside the room. What if others found out?

With this thought in mind, she intended to knock on the door and give a hint to the occupants inside.

Before she could raise her hand, Renault suddenly appeared right in front of her with a *Whoosh~* catching her hand before Yaoyorozu could react.

With another teleport, the two of them returned to Renault's room, where Mikoto was also present.

However, Mikoto's appearance was disheveled, her breath uneven, lying on the bed.

Yaoyorozu's brain went blank instantly, unsure of what to do next.

Renault's voice came into her ear, saying, "I don't think you need to be too surprised in this situation. You'll get used to it eventually."

"Used to it?"

The next second, Yaoyorozu found herself in a princess carry pose.

The events that followed were self-explanatory.

Whether it was Mikoto or Yaoyorozu, both knew Renault's mischievous intentions, but there was no time to intervene before they were caught up in the antics.

Over an hour later, the three of them had changed into clean clothes.

Renault got up and opened the window for fresh air on the balcony. Looking back, he saw Yaoyorozu and Mikoto, both blushing and avoiding eye contact.

With a barely noticeable smile, Renault returned to the room, walking between the two, looking at one and then the other.

Mikoto noticed Renault's actions and after giving him a glare, she said, "What are you looking at?"

"I'm looking at beauties of course..." Renault replied without mentioning the recent events. He took Mikoto's hand and encouraged her to lie down.

Though he didn't say anything, Mikoto couldn't help but recall the recent scenes due to her lingering unease. She immediately vented her frustration by playfully hitting Renault with her fists.

Yaoyorozu was feeling a bit shy as well, though she was handling it better than Mikoto.

After a brief bout of hitting, Mikoto's strength waned. She looked at Renault and then pulled Yaoyorozu's hand, leaving the room.

However, Mikoto anticipated what awaited her in the other room—the teasing from the others.

Especially that Suzushina Yuriko. Mikoto was certain she'd receive Yuriko's mocking gaze the moment she walked in.

As expected, upon opening the door, she saw Yuriko sitting with Mikumo. Yuriko's gaze swept up and down Mikoto for a while before she remarked, "Didn't think you'd have the energy to walk back, huh?"

Considering Mikoto basically lived at Renault's place, Yuriko often saw her in the mornings when she was practically drained of energy.

Although Yuriko hadn't experienced such situations herself, she could still understand.

"Quit saying random stuff!" Mikoto's face turned red as she pounced on Yuriko, not to hit her, but to playfully mess around.

Yuriko faced Mikoto's attack without using her abilities. She simply placed her hand on Mikoto's face and said, "Don't get so close, you're all sweaty."

"Mmm! Mmm!"

Mikoto, her mouth covered, couldn't speak and could only flail her hands in frustration.

With a gentle push, Yuriko moved Mikoto aside. She then turned to her and Yaoyorozu, saying, "You two, can you please be more mindful of the situation? If I hadn't distracted Ashido Mina and her group earlier, they would've gone knocking on Renault's door!"

Mikumo didn't say anything, sitting to the side and stifling a laugh. She was also vigilant, not wanting to give Renault an opportunity to embarrass her.

Mikumo indicated that she cared about her personal image.

As for the atmosphere among the girls, Renault wasn't sure. After the absurdity, he received a call from Tsukasa.

"Is everything done? It's quite late."

"Well, you see, U.A.'s principal wanted to see my abilities, so they took me to the training hall. Then we had dinner, and now I'm finally back at my new dwelling."

"Oh, so they've arranged accommodation for you too?"

"U.A. offers dorms for students, and the environment is pretty nice." Tsukasa was currently sitting in the living room of his dorm, talking to Renault.

"However, it seems I won't be teaching your class. They're assigning me to teach the new incoming students. But since my main focus is dealing with Shocker, I won't have too much teaching to do."

"That's not a bad thing. In my opinion, you don't really fit the teacher role." After a teasing remark, Renault continued discussing Shocker's matters, "Have you found anything since you arrived in Tokyo today?"

"Yeah, I did find some leads." Tsukasa nodded and said, "I had All Might take me to the scene where he was attacked. While we were there, I sensed surveillance. Shocker must have monitoring methods nearby. I'm familiar with their tactics. Even if our probing failed, they would have backup plans."

"So, Shocker now knows you've teamed up with U.A.?"

Tsukasa's face showed no signs of panic. In fact, he smiled slightly, "I'm actually looking forward to their appearance. Shocker teaming up with the League of Villains, and me aligning with U.A., isn't it just perfect? If they decide to strike in the future, it'll be a chance for my future students to get some practice."

Here comes that idea again.

Renault couldn't help but roll his eyes.

Though the combat strength of Shocker's Kaijin and grunts might not be much for them, it would still be quite a challenge for U.A.'s incoming students, at least in the short term.

Not to mention those grunts. Their combat capabilities were much stronger compared to the random goons from when the League of Villains invaded U.A.

"Don't let those students get hurt. Both Misaka Mikoto and Raiden Mei plan to apply to U.A." Renault reminded Tsukasa, concerned that he might be too reckless.

"Don't worry, I'll be cautious. I'll only let students face villains they can handle." Tsukasa reassured, looking confident, "I haven't tried teaching before, but this time, I'll take it seriously. Do you believe I can train a few Pro Heroes stronger than All Might?"

"Meh, Decade training heroes?"

Renault wouldn't believe a word of Tsukasa at all.

"Fine, we'll see about that."

"Wait." Renault suddenly realized, "Dealing with Shocker shouldn't take too long, right? Do you really want to stay here for an extended period?"

"Because it's interesting here! I'm even thinking about calling the others over!"

"Give me a break!"

Renault had a feeling that trouble was brewing in the future.
