"And what's the outcome?"

"What outcome could there be?" Leaning against the chair, Mikoto said with a defeated tone, "I charged in and got taken out in one move. What else is there to say?"

"Got owned, huh?"

As soon as Renault heard this, he cast a glance at Tsukasa sitting on the chair across the room, sipping a drink and chatting with Principal Nezu. He never expected this guy to be so ruthless.

Well, that might be a good thing. If Mikoto's pride gets hit by this, it'll push her to train even harder. There's still a lot of room for improvement.

He patted Mikoto's head, offering some comfort to the girl. Then, Renault walked over to Tsukasa and said, "You free this afternoon? Let's find a place to have dinner later. Principal Nezu, Aizawa-sensei, you guys coming too?"

Principal Nezu waved his hand, replying, "No need, Aizawa-kun and I have something to attend to. Let All Might join you."

Aizawa added, "We're heading to the Hero Committee to discuss the Shocker situation. While we won't reveal about other worlds, we should mention the threat Shocker poses."

Seems like they're quite busy.

In the following hours, Renault and the others went back to the dormitory to rest for a bit. By evening, they left the school and had dinner at a restaurant before returning home.

After getting back home, Mikoto went to take a shower, while Renault headed to his room.

The listening devices placed with Hearts and Mind Party had gathered some information.

Surprisingly, the Meta Liberation Army postponed the meeting they were planning for the new year period.

The reason was unexpected too—it was because of Shocker.

However, it was evident that the Meta Liberation Army's intelligence network was quite impressive. Shocker had only appeared once in Kanto, and the information was well-hidden, yet the Meta Liberation Army knew about it already.

With another mysterious organization hindering their plans, besides the League of Villains, the Meta Liberation Army decided to play it safe. They intended to investigate this unknown group thoroughly before proceeding.

After listening to the recording, Renault deleted the audio file and leaned back in his chair, murmuring to himself, "I wonder if the Meta Liberation Army knows about All Might's current condition. Well, even if they do, it doesn't matter. All Might doesn't intend to expose himself anyway. If villains find out, it's more of an indirect threat."

If Shocker knew about the confrontation with All Might back then, they'd probably be surprised. All Might possessing the Typhoon Belt.

And as Renault predicted, Shocker indeed had footage of the confrontation with All Might, showing him using the Typhoon Belt and transforming from a frail retired hero into the feared Kamen Rider One (Kamen Rider 1).

Ambassador Hell watched All Might's transformation scene more than thirty times, his expression contorted in anger.

"Why... Why is there always a guy like this in every world we come to? How did he acquire the Typhoon Belt?"

Beside Ambassador Hell, Dr. Shinigami was equally astonished.

As an executive member of Shocker, someone who had experienced countless battles with Kamen Rider One, dead, alive, and back again, Ambassador Hell couldn't believe they encountered him in this world too. And the one who transformed into Kamen Rider One was All Might.

Who could they even complain to about this situation?

Patting Ambassador Hell on the shoulder, Dr. Shinigami walked out. "Let's go. Now's not the time to vent our anger. Since we know All Might's strength still remains, it's time to make some plans. And don't forget what the League of Villains told us about the Meta Liberation Army's existence. I believe they must be aware of us by now."

Ambassador Hell understood the priorities and nodded. "What's the plan then?"

"Find an opportunity to meet with that Meta Liberation Army and propose that they merge with us, Shocker."

"That's a good idea. I like it."

Although Decade and Rider One were still out there and not yet solved, Shocker had already decided to absorb organizations that could potentially interfere with their actions. Then, they planned to confront the Riders head-on.

And so, over the next few days, Shocker and the League of Villains began their preparations in secret.

Meanwhile, Renault hadn't gone anywhere. He remained at home, keeping Yuriko company and preventing her from training recklessly.

Mikoto, after Tsukasa had beaten her, quickly regained her composure and started training diligently every day.

Once Renault made it clear that he wouldn't allow her to train secretly, Yuriko abandoned that idea. Instead, she joined Renault in training Mikoto and devised plans for her.

Although their Quirks differed, Yuriko had seen abilities similar to Mikoto's, and with her superior control over energy, she was able to provide valuable advice.

Time passed quickly. After the new year holiday ended, Renault finally entered his last semester as a first-grade student at U.A.

After completing these two months, he would move on to the second grade, and soon after, Mikoto would take U.A.'s recommendation entrance exam, most likely becoming a U.A. freshman.

On Monday, Renault woke up early in his dormitory room, prepared the first breakfast of the new semester for everyone, and then headed to the classroom with the others.

When the bell rang, Aizawa entered the classroom.

After looking around, he nodded. "Well, a new semester, and you all look fine. It seems you're ready to face the challenging study life ahead."

His brutally honest words left everyone feeling a bit ashamed. But they were accustomed to Aizawa's personality and didn't react strongly.

He talked about the plans for the new semester, such as the heavy workload of studies and more combat classes. Then, he mentioned something that caught everyone's attention.

"You've all faced villains early on, but I need to tell you that the world ahead will be even more unstable. A new and formidable organization has emerged. I hope you'll be mentally prepared during your off-campus work studies. Also, don't become overconfident in your abilities. When it's time to rely on the senior staff at the office, don't hesitate. Don't wait until the end for us teachers to collect your corpses."

His words left no room for comfort.

Renault was also surprised. He had thought the school might cancel the off-campus work studies, but they were proceeding as usual.
