The Kaijin looked at Renault, then at its own mantis-like arms, its expression filled with existential doubt.

Ignoring it, Renault turned his attention to Hado and said to her, knowing that with him present, the Kaijin couldn't escape, "Since you all are done. You three decide who goes first."

Before Tsuyu and Uraraka could speak, Hado burst out excitedly.

"I'll do it! If I win, Renault-kun, you have to reward me with something delicious!"

"Are you a child?" Renault sighed, watching Hado charge ahead. She swung her right arm, creating a spiral of energy that struck the Kaijin, sending it tumbling back.

"Hmm, nothing special..." Hado remarked, floating midair and flicking her hair. She didn't think much of this Mantis Kaijin. "And besides, it's pretty weird-looking."

Climbing up from the pile of rubble, the Mantis Kaijin locked its blood-red eyes onto Hado with a dark expression. "How dare you! Woman! Prepare to die!"

With a powerful push from its legs, the Mantis Kaijin shot into the air at an almost imperceptible speed. Its mantis arms, in accelerated motion, created two streaks of white light as it swung them toward Hado's neck.

"Whoa!"

Reacting swiftly, Hado manipulated the energy around her hands to form a barrier in front of her. She quickly stepped back.

A sharp slicing sound echoed as the Mantis Kaijin sliced through the energy barrier. The twin blades continued their trajectory toward Hado, showing no mercy.

Just as the attack was about to connect, Hado's figure vanished, replaced by Renault.

But this time, he wasn't dodging.

As the mantis arms swung down towards his neck, Renault calmly brought down his hand like a blade.

When Shocker first arrived in this world, they dispatched a force of hundreds to eliminate Decade—Kadoya Tsukasa. But in the end, Tsukasa and another Rider wiped out the entire force.

At that time, this incident caused quite a stir within Shocker. However, apart from the higher-ups, the lower-ranked Kaijin like the Mantis Kaijin were unaware of the identity of the person who had accompanied Tsukasa.
