[MHCISQD] Chapter 393: The Return of All For One

While trapped in prison and under heavy surveillance, it's important to understand that in this world, there are no impenetrable fortresses.

All For One had lived for so long, and no one knew just how many tricks he had up his sleeve.

When it came to external intelligence, even in prison, All For One was well-informed.

Similarly, when it came to this sudden appearance of the Shocker organization, he was aware of it.

The only thing All For One didn't know was where this organization had come from.

But today, their bold presence here made it clear to All For One that there must be some connection between this organization and the League of Villains.

While he was relieved that his disciple Shigaraki had sent someone to rescue him, All For One was somewhat displeased with the alliance between Shigaraki and this unknown organization.

Getting too close to an unstable factor could easily lead to unintended consequences.

Two Nomu approached, removing the restraints from All For One and granting him his freedom.

Standing up, All For One stretched his long-dormant body.

The Quirk suppressors in the prison cell had already ceased to function, and All For One once again felt the surge of power returning to his body. His physical injuries had been healed, and the internal injuries from the battle of Kamino had also largely mended during this time.

Now, he was fully capable of appearing on the battlefield.

Facing the leader of Shocker across from him, All For One asked, "What about my disciple?"

"Shigaraki Tomura, right?" After a one-eyed glance at All For One, Shocker Great Leader replied, "His situation isn't great at the moment. He's up against the Meta Liberation Army and Pro Heroes, and his underlings have all been wiped out. Only a few members and your Gigantomachia are still resisting."

"Have our opponents grown this strong?"

In response to All For One's question, Shocker Great Leader didn't answer but instead turned to leave, saying, "You can go see the answer for yourself at the scene."

"...Indeed, after disappearing for so long, today is indeed a good day to announce my return." All For One nodded and also left the prison cell.

"But there's one thing to do before that."

A few minutes later, all the high-security inmates in the prison were released and escaped.

The surviving warnings managed to restore communication within the prison with great difficulty and reported the information.

Shocker's current base was no longer just the original underwater base; they had two more bases that remained undiscovered.

In the underwater base, Dr. Shinigami, who was facing off against Tsukasa, received a message from Shocker Great Leader as he was gradually losing ground.

Their operation had been successful.

"Since that's the case, I see no reason to stay here any longer." Dr. Shinigami said with a cold laugh as he looked at Decade across from him. He swung his cloak around himself and made an instantaneous movement to escape.

Just as he disappeared in an instant, alarms rang out throughout the base.

The self-destruct program had been activated.

Tsukasa realized that something was wrong and immediately called back all the Pro Heroes and police officers engaged in battle, using his abilities to teleport them away.

A few seconds later, a violent explosion erupted underwater.

On the shore, Tsukasa emerged from the light screen and breathed a sigh of relief. "I'm glad I came along, or you guys would have been wiped out."

Aizawa nodded solemnly beside him. "But their actions were too decisive. Did they abandon all the members inside the base?"

"Who knows..." Tsukasa replied.

Suddenly, the phones of Aizawa and the other police chiefs in action began to ring. They all received the same message.

The prison where All For One was being held had been infiltrated by Shocker. All of the high-profile criminals inside had been released, including All For One.

"Shit! This is not good!" Aizawa exclaimed, putting down his phone. "It seems they had a plan all along—to raid the prison and release All For One, along with the other dangerous inmates. We need to contain this situation, or it will cause widespread panic."

"I'll go with you. Renault will handle that side, so we should go after the escaped prisoners first."

Aizawa agreed, and along with all the heroes and police officers, they dove back into the light screen, beginning the next phase of their operation.

Meanwhile, on Renault's side, Shigaraki had already been subdued by All Might, with his limbs immobilized.

Bakugo and Todoroki were engaged in a fierce battle against Dabi and Twice. The primary challenge was Dabi's flames, which were on par with Todoroki's powers. However, for the time being, Todoroki and Bakugo were holding their own.

Yuriko and Yotsubashia's battle had unfolded as Renault had anticipated.

Yuriko, with a mentality akin to playing a game, immediately displayed her overwhelming superiority against the villains, leaving no room for Yotsubashi to counterattack. Furthermore, she had already activated her 'reflect' to block out all the noise from her opponent's taunts.

If you can't hear, you can't be shaken, though in her case, she was unshaken to begin with.

Yotsubashi's ability, known as 'Stress' was indeed formidable. The more stress he had, the stronger he became. Unfortunately, his power became irrelevant when confronted with Renault's Level 5 Vector Manipulation.

Yuriko had been even more ruthless than Renault, instantly blowing off one of Yotsubashi's arms.

As time passed, Yuriko's interest waned.

'Compared to that Kadoya Tsukasa, he falls a bit short, doesn't he? His abilities are just a bit more unique.' Yuriko said inwardly, and a violent tornado formed in her right hand, aimed at Yotsubashi.

Yotsubashi, left with only one arm, had long considered retreating. However, he had no opportunity to escape and could only choose to confront this head-on.

With all his strength, he raised his remaining arm, squeezing out the last bit of stress from within him.

Meanwhile, Renault, who had been awaiting the battle's outcome, suddenly sensed a disturbance in the air. He furrowed his brow and looked up, spotting a figure in a black suit descending from the sky towards Shigaraki.

"What's that?!" he exclaimed.

*BOOOM!*

The unexpected arrival landed directly in front of All Might.

"My disciple, are you okay?"

Shigaraki, on the ground, wore a joyful smile.

All Might, still in his armor, stared at the newcomer in shock.

"All... For... One?!"
