League of Villains couldn't possibly create something that differed so much from Nomu.

'So, as of now, the only organization known to have the capability to create this monster is Shocker.'

With questions in mind, Renault went straight to Tsukasa.

Tsukasa was also watching the news at this moment, and when he saw Renault approaching, he thought for a moment before saying, "I can't be certain if Shocker created this thing, but I've seen Nomu, and this is quite different from Nomu, both in appearance and other aspects. Typically, after third-grade, U.A.'s Hero Department students are all sent outside to choose an office for their work studies. Without any surprises, they will likely start their careers at the same office after graduation.

But this sudden notice had brought these third graders back to the school. Although they were a bit slower than the second grade, today, they had all returned.

One of the Shocker researchers nearby replied informally, "Sir, our research on the Quirk genes of humans in this world isn't sufficient. We can't achieve a perfect fusion of multiple abilities. This prototype isn't performing at even half of its expected efficiency."

"In different worlds, there are indeed some differences. Let's hurry up with the research. The Great Leader isn't pleased. Rider Four's progress can be slow, that's our ultimate weapon. But these official goods need to be mass-produced in the future. If we're facing a bottleneck now, it's fine if it takes a bit longer, but I want to see progress!"

"Yes, sir!"

Leaving his research laboratory, Dr. Shinigami sought out Ambassador Hell, who was currently researching the hero society.

"What about the League of Villains? Can't they provide us with technical support?"

"Hmph, that All For One is no simple character." Dr. Shinigami's expression soured when he mentioned the League of Villains.

"Great Leader rescued him, and he doesn't even show gratitude. He won't even give us the research data on Quirk genes. Without that, our progress will be too slow!"

Ambassador Hell chuckled, "Great Leader expected this and he doesn't care. And you should know, that All For One is someone all heroes are wary of. Compared to us, he's a bigger target. We received information that Pro Heroes were given orders to capture him, didn't we? Let him deal with those heroes. We'll continue with our plan."

"That's all we can do, I suppose." Dr. Shinigami sighed. "I won't bother with this anymore. There are still many targets on the list we haven't captured."

As Dr. Shinigami walked away, passing through various rooms, he saw countless incubation tanks, each containing a comatose figure. These people were all from the previous list of missing people.

After Shocker's experimental goods testing, there was silence for a while. No more monsters appeared in the city.

This left Pro Heroes and the police searching for missing people, as well as those trying to track Shocker's activities, at a loss.
