You roll with the punches but do it together. You build off one another, try to compliment each other and grow.

I mean it takes two to tango. If either side stops dancing then well it's gonna fail. There are times where one picks up the other for sure, it's not always 50/50 but both should be trying otherwise you will drain yourself and resent the other.
