Midoriya watched as the Nomu that had been suppressed by Renault fell to the ground, and couldn't help but swallow his saliva.

Renault replied, "They slipped away, the person behind the Nomu and the leader of the League of Villains who planned the U.S.J. invasion is difficult to catch because he has someone with a transfer Quirk by his side. We can only catch him if he's alone."

Gran Torino saw two people disappearing from the area and believed Renault's words.

"Let's go down. The police are here, and Midoriya and his friends need medical attention. You should go too," Gran Torino said.

But Renault declined, saying he would go back and visit them tomorrow. He jumped off the rooftop, activated his Quirk, and rushed into the distance.
