Outside the vehicles, gunshots, explosions, and the howling of rebel forces assaulted Li Yexing's eardrums, but he couldn't spare any attention. This woman named Kanan was much tougher than he had imagined.

"No, you can't," Kanan whispered.

Suddenly, her expression became painful and ferocious. Her military knife fell to the ground, and with a groan, the black tattoo on her right arm writhed violently like a snake and crawled up her right cheek. The next moment, her right arm swelled suddenly, and a mixture of red and yellow liquid gushed out of her arm like a blade. Huge bone spurs, like blades, tore through her skin and grew out of her right arm. In the blink of an eye, her entire arm had turned into a huge blade, mixed with flesh and blood.

Holding her right shoulder, Kanan breathed heavily and raised her head, looking at him with a faint smile on her face. "You can't beat me."

"Goddamn! What the hell! This woman is a B.O.W.!"

Lilith and Rita heard Li Yexing's shocked voice through their earpieces.

Lilith, who was holding a minigun, stood up suddenly with a hint of shock and unease in her eyes. Rita's expression instantly became extremely serious.

"What's going on?" Leon turned his head and asked after casually shooting down a rebel on a motorcycle.

"Master Li said... that woman... is a B.O.W.!" The maid, her face as cold as ice, turned her head and looked at Irving huddled in the corner, her voice cold. "What's going on here?"

"What? What do you mean by what's going on?" Irving looked confused. "Who's B.O.W.? I don't know anything!"

Without hesitation, Rita grabbed him by the collar and lifted him up with one hand before pressing him hard against the wall. "Master Li said Kanan Mafar is a B.O.W.! Did Tricell not know about this?!"

"I-I don't know..." Struggling to breathe with his back against the wall, Irving protested, "Can't you talk like a normal person?"

"Irving, the second truck has deviated from the designated route!" Just as Rita was about to teach him a lesson, his communicator suddenly rang.

"Irving, are you there? Irving?" The voice on the other end sounded a little anxious.

Rita sneered and threw him to the ground. "Go pick up the call."

"Yes, yes!" Irving quickly picked up his communicator and said, "I'm here! What did you say just now?"

"The second truck! The second truck has deviated from the designated route! I tried to contact the driver, but there was no response!"

Rita heard the words from the communicator and her expression instantly became very ugly.

Li Yexing was in the second truck!

Without saying a word, Rita quickly walked to the door of the truck and pushed Leon aside. She grabbed the edge of the door with both hands and climbed outside, ignoring the flying bullets around the outside of the truck.

Then she saw the second truck, with Li Yexing in it, with a small group of rebel forces breaking away from the convoy and heading towards the vast wilderness.

Back in the truck, Rita's face showed a hint of anxiety as she said to Lilith, "Master's truck has left the convoy."

Without hesitation, Lilith dropped her minigun and walked towards Irving, pulling out her Desert Eagle from her waist and pointing it at his temple, saying, "We need to catch up to them."

"Are you crazy? Can't you see those guys on motorcycles outside?" Irving panicked, "We need to get to the destination quickly, let them fight it out in the truck, anyway... I swear--" Before Irving could finish his sentence, she suddenly fired her Desert Eagle, causing a loud explosion next to his ear, making him tremble.

In the driver's seat at the front of the truck, the Tricell Pharmaceutical drivers cursed one after another as they turned onto the uneven dirt road, and then into the endless wilderness, chasing after the second truck that was getting farther and farther away. Soon after, the rebel forces following the Tricell Pharmaceutical convoy also turned, excitedly howling as if they were going to chase the convoy to the ends of the earth.

Inside the truck, Irving slumped in the corner muttering, "You son of a bitch, you're going to get us all killed."
