Progress Update - Something wicked this way comes
Added 2022-08-24 19:32:45 +0000 UTCHi! Voca here. I want to give you folks a progress update and talk about a couple of news on the side.
1) First of all: I want to thank you all once again for supporting the game's development! Last week, Thicker Treat reached one of its Patreon goals, which means I can now upgrade the hardware I use to render images for the game! This will be a great time saver and it will allow me to keep a more consistent quality for fully rendered scenes from September onwards. 😃
2) Development continues and has been going steady for the most part. Lola's new content is 90% ready and all her sprites have been rendered.
3) I've been working to make this one a cleaner/bug-free update. That means I'll be putting a substantial amount of time to thoroughly test and debug during Friday and the weekend, and I estimate a Sunday-Monday release.

If fixing the bugs takes you the same amount of time with or without our help (because having to read 50 comments about 1 bug takes more time than just working on it without being flooded like that....) Then by all means strive to eliminate them pre-release.

2022-08-25 21:54:39 +0000 UTCThanks! Yeah, I'm sorry about that. Other players have reported it as well. I have fixed the issue for the upcoming version by changing and adding some variables, though I haven't had time to patch v.0.3 yet.

2022-08-25 18:46:45 +0000 UTCThanks for the great update ! Can't wait to see the results of your work. One bug that I have seen so far is regarding Patrizia. Can't seem to make her upgrade to level 2. Her BMI doesn't exceed 24, and all that I can manage her to say is "The diet still goes... For now". Can't seem to make her eat more since then. Thanks and good luck !
