He’s a young man who started balding in high school and truthfully I haven’t seen him without a hat much since then. But before the shoot he showed up without his hat and more confidence than I’ve ever seen him have. That was the most attractive thing to me. A lot of men experience hair loss and a lot of women find no loss of a traction because of it, but yet society won’t represent it? He also is very hairy and embraces the hell out of it AS HE SHOULD, even though society tells him he needs to shave. I was so proud of him for emulating the natural man and feeling so confident while doing it. After showing him his shots, it brought him to tears and he explained to me that nobody’s ever taught him to see himself in that type of light and that even his family told him he wasn’t photo genic. Now look at him! I’m really proud of him and wanted to share him first.
