-Adephagia, the Greek goddess of gluttony. Even though she's all messy, covered in food and bursting at the seams, she's still asking for more food.
-"Back to school" illustration? Like the most popular girl on campus comes back from summer break carrying more than a few extra pounds and she's real embarrassed about it.
-Sci-fi space fatty? Funky 60s hairdo, weird space outfit, think Barbarella. "Barbarella and the Planet of Ice Cream!", "Barbarella and the Widening Waistline!"
-Inflation would be cool. More bloated belly sex would be pretty cool too.
