Won’t be posting until then as I need a mental health break but I’m right here to respond to dms and I’ll make sure I’m spending lots of time talking to you guys. I just can’t focus anymore. I can’t work. I can barely get up in the morning and go days without showering. I’m hit my limit. I know better than to go any further or else I will end up taking it too far again. I’ve been struggling with alcoholism as well for the last month and need time to recover and get sober. This isn’t anyone’s fault but my own... I thought about what you guys said about what I’ve been putting myself through with this relationship and I’ve decided to take your advice. Ghost mode is activated.
I don’t deserve this.
I will tell myself that every day until I believe it.
Once I believe it myself, I will find it.
