Benjamin Koll's Full DJ Set at Beefdip's Onbear Fest (Video)

Hello my dear patrons, happy February! Here's an exclusive just for you. This is the full set that was broadcasted yesterday Jan31st during the second day of Beefdip's 2021 Onbear Fest. A trimmed version may be uploaded later this month to the Beefdip's Youtube channel (it will have to be edited because of copyright reasons), but here's the full complete thing with all the visuals and songs for you to enjoy as many times as you want.

This was a very complex DJ set to build, I wanted to do something special for the occasion that would convey some of the emotion that floods the club during my annual Disco Infurno party at Beefdip and I think it's a nice reminder of it. There are more than 38 songs overlapped over each other, sometimes four at a time, and that's the reason why I ended up sweating and had that focused face all the time :) At some point I considered singing live some of the tunes, but we decided it wouldn't had made much difference and it was going to make things too complex to be fun. There you'll hear classic ways of mixing between them some of those songs (some of those mixes are the same I did on vinyl from 1983 to 1989, only now done using digital files), and many mash ups and different edits, cuts and enhancements on each song. It took me a month and a half to do all those mini remixes. But it was fun, I think this might be the best set I've ever recorded. Hope you enjoy it, thank you so much guys!
