Advance Demo! Daddy Loves To Cuddle
Added 2021-05-02 17:46:56 +0000 UTCHello my dear patrons, I decided to share this special demo with you to celebrate the first anniversary of this Patreon page.
Some of you have asked me if I was going to do more jazzy songs, and here's one of the first I started to work on, but haven't finished yet. In fact it's not my voice on the demo, this was 2012 and I was still not sure I was going to be able to sing well, so I hired a studio singer to outline de vocal melody so I had a starting point to write the lyrics and start rehearsing it. I also recorded the Spanish guitar with a very talented musician in Madrid on those days. This was done at the same time I started working on the arrangement for "Slave to the Funk", which is a more commercial song, but I think you'll see the connection here.
I still haven't figured out the lyrics or structure for the song, I only have the tittle, so if any of you feels inspired to draft some lyrics (hey James! hehe), please go for it and let me know. The usual process is to select the best parts, work on them and later re structure the song.
