WG Drive: Meagan & Charity part 1/4

I want to put Charity in a halloween outfit but I'm kinda stumped for what. If you've got good ideas (that fit a by then probably immobile) Charity, I'm all ears. She wouldn't wear something that's too much effort.
To explain Charity's side: she gains one pound per patron per part (that's you!). For every 50 ko-fis Meagan receives, Charity gains 50 pounds.
