Rachel may care, depending on how far her relationship with Miles has gone in her own mind, but she also knows he's a massive horndog, and thus may shrug it off as "well, he's not really with me yet," followed by a clear statement of "if we get serious, no screwing around with other women" and they have a nice conversation about whether they want to get serious now (probably not, based on how new the relationship is)
