Minos on the other hand, is the one commanding this mission, but this was a time he still has problems dealing with his quite recent past, and I like seeing Geecku was the one that go through him during this years long trip and helped him have a different point of view about Life and put him on the road of the Minos we see in the present.
And yes, these two had a thing going on at this point, but it took years for him to finally warm up to her.
