You are a gnome barmaid who got knocked up by an orc adventurer, and your little self is now carrying a big baby. You have to delve into a dungeon to find something to help you give birth, or you're done for! This might take a while, but in the meantime, have some concept doodles I made for the programmer (I'd be doing the art and writing).
