As we grow older, we may be tempted to think that all the good things have already happened, or we may even become afraid of change and resist it (I have a friend who is struggling with this today). In my opinion, we should embrace change and evolution. Focus on the present, enjoy the simple little things in life. A single minute of silence and contemplation can completely change your day.
