The yoga class and a beach in Valencia (NSFW)

Yesterday I gathered all my strength and attended a 2 hour yoga class in the afternoon. It turned out to be a nkd tantra session, so it was even better than I expected. We did breathing exercises, little meditations, stretching and a little bonding (I only knew the instructor and one other guy, but it was great to meet the others). It was not sexual at any point, just a way to reconnect with your inner self and honor your own body.
When I was meditating, those two days on the beach came back to me very strongly. I imagined myself back there, enjoying the breeze, the freedom and a body without pain... it was beautiful and I want to share it with you.
The pictures were taken at the beach of Pinedo, near Valencia in Spain in 2007 and 2011.
