One thing I've commented a few times over time is that I can almost feel a lot of the audio triggers in my ear physically. I think that makes an extra bit of difference, because my brain finds the sensation very relaxing. However, based on other ASMR that I've seen/heard elsewhere, this level of audio quality seems to be much more of an exception rather than a rule. There are lots and lots of videos out there on YT where the audio doesn't have the same effect. So be sure to write down your audio settings; those are more valuable than the Colonel's secret recipe LMAO
