Put "Mods" in your "Mods" folder
Put "Tray" in your "Tray" folder
For Windows, open the compressed file with Winrar, for MacBook with Unarchiver.

Then, after adding the mods and tray files to your own mods and tray files, you can find them in the library in the game. Type kevin in the search key and make sure the special content available option is turned on.
