【アプリが原因？】スマートフォンからの視聴について
Added 2023-03-21 14:18:16 +0000 UTCパスワードを変更してから「パスワードを入力しても動画を見られない」というお問合せを何件か頂きました。 結論、パスワードの入力ミスだけではなく一部のスマホからの視聴にも問題がある様です。MEGAのアプリは何故か初期で開いたままだとパスワードを入力しても「パスワードが必要です」という意味の分からない文章が帰って来る様です。 ①新しいタブを開いて再度入力する ②アプリの再インストール ③アプリを使わない 上記が有効の様で、ほとんどの方がこれで見る事が出来る様になっています。個人の環境に関してはどうしようもないのでお手数ですが動画が見れない時はPCで見るか上記をお試し下さい。 また何か分かりましたらお知らせします。 管理人も古いスマホで試してみましたが、見れなかった事がありません。アプリが駄目なのかもしれません。 There was an inquiry about not being able to watch the video after changing the password. There are two patterns. ①The password is wrong. (2) Watching on a smartphone. The password has been changed as a countermeasure against unauthorized reprinting sites. Please see the FAN card in the future. You may not be able to see it depending on the model of your smartphone. I can't see it, especially at first. Please open a new tab. Please delete the app and reinstall it. It may solve. There is also a way to watch it on your PC. Everyone's environment is different, so please do some testing. I'll report back if I find out anything.

ありがとうございます。前の様にコピペ出来ないのが最大の原因だと思います。英語も下手なのが申し訳ないです。また対策してから、支援者以外の怪しい問い合わせもいくつかありました。最近は問い合わせ対応も少し時間がとられるので、より厳しくなりましたね；
