I hope everyone is having a Wonderfully Pink & Fluffi Week...
This has forever been an image I've been blind to, it's never been a particular popular image among followers... And yet despite all these years I find myself remembering my time working on this image quite fondly. And when I sit down to really look at the image I still find it to be among my favourites of those I've created.
I feel this may have been the first time I used a red tone on the lower half of the breasts to portray the weight of the breasts (Not the solid hard-edge shadow, but just a faded general soft-brushed reddish tone - The last image on the third line).
I know there are many issues with the image and the painting, but despite knowing they are there (and can see them clearly) I still find them very hard to see when I actually view the image. I don't mean that in any sort of pretentious way because I understand and realise there are so many aspects of this image which show a very immature style of work & techniques... I just seem to have major case of blinders on when it comes to this particular pin-up. :-s ^_^
