From how I see it, both of them were in the wrong. Ritsu took a job on a day he'd already dedicated to eating out with Fumiya when he should've put the dinner date on his calendar and then told them he couldn't take the job that day (after all, he told them 'any day after the 17th' so he could've done his job another day if he'd told them he was busy on the 20th). But Fumiya on the other hand, he was way too dramatic about the situation. He very easily could've calmy told Ritsu how he was feeling but instead lashed out on him
