(That was not the bad ending I expected... I feel betrayed.) HIStory3: Make Our Days Count - Episode 9&10 (Reaction)

Hello everyone. I want to take a moment to address this video.

Unfortunately, during filming, an unexpected technical issue arose and I couldn't make it better during editing. Due to a malfunction with the camera, we lost some crucial rushes, resulting in the loss of several scenes from our reaction.

I understand how disappointing this news might be, especially for those eagerly awaiting the full reaction. Despite our efforts, some parts are regrettably missing from the video. However, I want to reassure you that the scenes I was able to salvage are among the most significant and poignant moments of our reaction.

It's frustrating for me not to deliver the complete content as promised.

Hope you will still enjoy this reaction even if I was definitely broken by the two episodes. I don't think I will be able to watch it again to be honest. The show was really good and my heart will always stay with Angel Baby Xu.

This one is so sad but humbly remain as one the best series ofr me and many others. The pure love and the act of love in this series is sincerely so beautiful although the ending is so sad.

Thank you for reacting to this series. It is still one of my favourite series despite the ending. Haoting & Suyu’s luv is so precious. I remember after finishing the last ep i was so shocked and i cried for days. Even after years, watching it with you made me cry AGAIN. If you want an ‘alternate’ ending for this cp plz watch Life: Love on the line a jap BL.

Well done for getting through it! I’m sure you can understand now why this show has such strong opinions about the ending! My personal take is that Yu ShiGu had amnesia from the accident and his personality changed. I think the fact that he appears with a different personality is evidence of this, as well as at the end SunBo says something like “now you’ve met him again, do you want to try again?”. Also, HaoTing repeats a joke to ShiGu that ShiGu first told him, presumably hoping to awaken him, before finally giving up and saying that he would say goodbye for real now. There are several cameos of this couple, in Life: Love on the Line, Plus and Minus, and Kiseki: Dear to Me. Us BL fans love to see them on screen whenever we can! If you just want to skip to the cameos, they’re in the last episodes of the first two series, and halfway through Kiseki, in the episode where Wayne Song’s character dies (which is a cruel role reversal of this one). Sorry to put you through it, but it’s an essential part of a BL fan’s journey. I promise the next recommendation I give you will be a nice fluffy series 😄

Hello LadyJaiz and Seïa! Thank you for the reactions! It’s a shame that some of it was lost, but well at least you now know why many people said the ending was sad. I remember when I first watched this series, it really made me sad. Actually the director of the show received a bunch of criticism for the ending. There was going to be a remake of this series in which the accident was supposed to only be a dream and not real. Unfortunately though, I think the remake has been cancelled. Now you know why this drama is called “Make Our Days Count” though as in don’t take anyone or anything for granted because at any time or place it can all be taken away. P.S. We sure love our cars and trucks don’t we. 😉RIP to Baby Xu and Koichi from Eternal Yesterday.
