Her belly and body kept on growing, and her once perfectly fitting dress became to struggle to hold everything together... No one had an idea how she managed to take food to herself... or when she would wake up again.
Delaneys family could do nothing, just watch her growing bigger than ever.
While Delaney didn't knew what happened in the world, she had her best sleep ever. All she knew was, that she felt good, comfy, and her body slowly became a warm, squishy cocoon for herself too.

The strange anomaly that was Delaney's hibernation continued for far, far longer than anyone could ever anticipate. The ever-sleeping mother never seemed to age, only accumulating girth until she started to resemble a particularly obese grizzly. Even for as long as her twins developed, Delaney's womb was abnormally protuberant. Her two daughters grew into women themselves, nearly as corpulent as their mother. But one day, to the shock of everyone, Delaney's eyes finally, albeit very slowly, start to peel open. The moment her brobdingnagian belly rolls off the bed now too small for her, a loud pop sends fluid rushing out of her. Better late than never, Delaney would soon see her daughters.
