Added 2020-05-21 01:00:00 +0000 UTCMy writer self gave me the unenviable task of having to show both the exterior of this club as well as all sorts of texting between two characters. It makes for a good opening page of the chapter, but a difficult compositional task.
You can see the table on the next page peeking out at the bottom there, too. I couldn't find a good way to show both the interior from the exterior perspective I chose while also showing Will and his sister interacting at the table.
So I figured, hey, this is comics. I can draw whatever I want. And so it's just that foreground overlaid on the other one, with a big ol' foreground column in the center to break the spread up compositionally.
