Crusader Kings 3 is SO complicated.
I spent all friday and most of last night trying to learn how to not be awful. I am awful.
The good news is, my cousin and sister both seemed to think I was worth marrying, so I guess I'm not TOO bad at this medieval thing :P
Anyway, I'm going to futz with it this week and it'll be our fan friday for this coming friday.
To make up for not having anything, I'm going to get into our brand new office tomorrow and give you the once over tour. Exclusive, right here, just for you all.
It's NOT NEARLY complete, but I'll show you what we're working with.

We're talking about 40m-1h long videos at the most, if you know it's going to take longer than that to actually get into the game then it's really not a good fit for Fan Friday. For example I'd love to see Jesse play the cabaret club game in one of the Yakuza titles, but I know it would be far too much of a time commitment for him to get to the point where he could start them.

2020-09-07 05:59:11 +0000 UTCOh ya is so hard keeping a hold of your lands. Inheritance laws are mean. I get historically but damn every time my character dies. He has to go on a bloody path to regain it all from his brothers/sisters itβs a mess.

2020-09-07 05:32:24 +0000 UTCIt's all the inheritance laws and titles, once you get the hang of those then only keeping diplomacy in check seems to be an issue imo (at least CK2). Hope you had fun with it.
2020-09-07 05:01:11 +0000 UTCI've never played any of the CK games before and while it is spooky, if you poke around you will learn a ton. It is dense with information however once things start clicking a lot falls into place pretty naturally.
