Sorry to ask this here, but I couldn't see anywhere else I could? I've just noticed it's been over 2 months since I upgraded my sub to the bi-monthly physical reward tear (didn't notice for a while that it had been changed to that one), but I haven't received anything. Is there an issue with physical at the moment that I just haven't seen the post for? (I did look) Or is it a me thing I need to try and get sorted? I checked and my membership is the right tier and my address is there and up to date. Any advice/info anyone can offer please? Thanks :)
