RESPONSE NEEDED: Asking for Feedback on Physcial Rewards and Shipping

Happy Thursday Patreons!

We are here today to ask for your feedback on some issues we have been having with physical rewards. We would really love to hear from all of you about your experiences with the physical rewards in the comments below if you have EVER been apart of the physical reward tiers. 

We may have to make changes to the physical reward tier if we are unable to resolve issues. As of now we are having to ship a good chunk of physical rewards more than one or twice to get it to some of you, which adds up significantly both in time and cost.

The most recent reward shipped out was the scarf reward that was sent out in JANURARY. If you were in the Physical reward tier in December and have not received that yet, please mention that in your feedback.

Some issues we need to hear more specifically about:

International shipping and customs issues: Have you experienced issues with customs for physical rewards? If only some of them, which rewards? be as detailed as possible with issues you've been having. Please also let us know if you have had no issues with customs.

Packages not being delivered, but your address is correct on Patreon: Is your address up to date with Patreon, but you still have difficulty receiving packages? Is it only sometimes, or every time?

What other issues are you experiencing that we have not mentioned here?

We will be looking over the feedback, and potentially making changes to our Physical reward tier based on some of these issues.  Please also let us know if you have no issues with the physical rewards.

I have not had any issues to Maine, USA - I get everything almost as soon as you announce it. :)

Since you wanted to know if someone had no issues: I had no problem with receiving packages in Netherlands, all was 100% OK. Just over usage broke the mug I loved :)
