Jesse is Out of Town, But the Work Continues!- Office Blog by Alex

Hello Patreon,

Another month, another office blog. This week Jesse is out of the country attending WASD in London so he left us here at the office to fend for ourselves.

We’ve had a bit of a wild last few weeks, from shooting Jesse Cooks, to editing and putting out the newest episode of GGC (out now on the main channel for your viewing pleasure).

But while Jesse is away Kendra and I have been working on shipping out the goodies from the giveaway stream this past weekend, and we were tasked with trying out GESTALT - if you have yet to wishlist this game, I recommend doing so. We also have the awesome Elspeth subbing in for Jesse for 5MGN this week!

Here are a few photos I’ve taken over the weeks from some of the projects we’ve done, and day to day office stuff:

General Life Update: In regards to my gaming journey, I have finally picked up and played through the Witcher 3 (PS5), Clocking in at around 90+ hours these last 3ish weeks. I have found myself fully immersed in that world and loving every minute of it. I loved it so much that I decided to do a completionist run, or close to it that is. It’s definitely one of those games that at first made me so overwhelmed with choices that I didn’t quite know where to start, but eventually I got into the groove of it and just fell in love with it. The combat took some getting used to; God of War has unfortunately ruined combat for me in most games now, but once I got past some of the weird bugs, and not so great controls  I ended up really enjoying my time with it.

The Yakuza series is up next  for me though I am itching to play the Resident Evil 4 Remake as well. I just need to not put off Yakuza any longer since I really want to see what all the hype is about for this series.

That’s it for me this week, but I hope everyone had a great March. April 1st is this Saturday, don’t get got.

Stay safe out there!

-Alex D.

From Witcher 3 to Yakuza, you're really in for a good time :D I recommend playing both Yakuza 0 and the first Kiwami back-to-back, they flow together very well as a story.
