The Patreon video upload worked fine, but the player unfortunately doesn't have quality settings and at one point it went all blurry for a few seconds because their detection was off when I interacted with the player. I'm personally a fan of links to YouTube videos being a the top of the description in video posts generally, as it makes it really easy for me to open it straight from the notification email as sometimes Patreon wants me to log in again to view the posts.
