Pre-supported files feedback
Added 2020-11-26 18:50:11 +0000 UTCHello everyone, some of you have told us that you are having problems with the pre-supported files (especially on large format printers such as Elegoo Saturn). We cannot make supports that will fit the settings of each 3d printer, so we would like to know what is your experience with the current ones. We know you can modify the Chitubox files to adapt them to your needs but this way we could continue improving them.

Hola a todos, algunos de vosotros nos habéis comentado que estáis teniendo problemas con los archivos pre-soportados (sobre todo en impresoras de gran formato tipo Elegoo Saturn). No podemos hacer soportes que se adapten a los settings de cada impresora 3d, por lo que nos gustaría saber cual es vuestra experiencia con los actuales. Sabemos que podéis modificar los archivos Chitubox a vuestras necesiadades pero de esta manera podemos seguir mejorándolos.

I currently Printing every Model you guys released so far, the standard´s are the only files failing in the pre supported version.

2021-01-09 19:11:09 +0000 UTCwhich files in particular have failed? ive printed quite a lot of different pre-supported files and everthing has been fine so far. dont want to start a 14 hour print only for it to fail

2021-01-02 19:03:00 +0000 UTCI know this is an older thread, but I'm catching up on some printing from November and December. I love your models, but your supports are pretty terrible. Not trying to be rude, just being realistic. I've come to the point where if I want to print something I start supports from scratch, or the models don't print. I know it's not my printer or settings, because I patron about half a dozen creators and don't have these problems. The problem is not support thickness per se, it 100% that there are many many unsupported islands on nearly every file. Please please please be more diligent with this, as it takes a lot of time for your patrons, and is quite frustrating. Also, I am VERY HOPEFUL that the Mercia kickstarter doesn't also have these island problems.... Thank you for putting out such wonderful models every month, they truly are amazing (despite the support problems).
