A day at the forge

Almost weekend again, time to give you a report on everything I've worked on over the past week.

It started with the release of the 0.3.8.5 upate Monday night. In the end I was very tired and because of this, some nasty bugs crept into the update. Thanks to your reports I sorted them out and uploaded in total 3 bugfix updates (the last one yesterday morning).

Of course fixing bugs wasn't the only thing I did past monday. I've also started working on images for Melissa and continued my work on Gavina's quest (There is one path in the 0.3.8.5 update that isn't completed).
But the most important goal now for the final update is to get the part implemented where the MC helps John with his task to send weapons to the frontline.
I will also add content for Melissa along the way, But I'm currently not sure how much that will be by the end.
The main goal of this update (from my point of view) is to make way for the main story of the game. There is a certain update about the queen that I'm waiting to add for a long time now.

Another topic: Last weekend I had a conversation with a friend of mine who is currently working parttime. He already has experience working with the RPGMaker and is familiar with the game since I started working on it. This wasn't the first time we spoke about this and he is interested to help me working on it.
This of course would mean that I have to employ him and sort things out with the tax authorities (I'd also have to pay some other things aside just his sallery). But I think in the long term this is a necessary step to grow and add more content to the game and future projects. I will sort things out in detail when I reach the next subscribe goal, but it's already good to know that there is someone I can trust and who brings the skills required to help me.

For now the goal still is to get the 0.3.9.0 update done until the coming Thursday.
Just had lunch, so a lot of time left today to continue!
