Small Update on Tiers

Starting with 'Lil Jumpers Tier;
- 'Lil Jumpers now have access to view the monthly "Symbiotizing" image upon their completion.
Next up, Orb Weavers;
-Orb Weavers may now participate in the voting process of the monthly "Symbiotizing" event! (Hope ya'll get to vote on a character you love!)
& finally, me TARANTULA!!!
-TARANTULA will now get to suggest names for the monthly "Symbiotizing" event.
This feature may get tweaked in the future as more patrons join this tier. But TARANTULA may still put forward names, help with the sorting process & even discuss a theme for the month when certain yearly celebrations occur.

Aaaaand that's it for now, all tiers have been updated as best I can with their applicable tax (not sure if "voting power" is taxable owO?). If there are any issues, please let me know & we'll work to sorting something out.
