You vote! What set should I finish first?

My friends! I am now almost fully settled into my new office. It has been hard to get used to this space because it was my ex’s old office. But I am reclaiming the space in this house one room at a time, and I am finally starting to feel like this room is mine. I had to attach a picture because I have always done collages in my homes, but in a more basic style. I asked my lovely and wonderful friend Syboulette for some help and she helped me come up with this unique design.

Most of the pieces in the collage I have had for *years*. I am talking like 10+ years. The lanterns on the top left, the daybed, the paintings, mini gold oval frame, mirrors, etc are all things I acquired slowly during my early 20s. What I love most about this setup is that it is made up of the old part of me, but with a fresh take. It is a rebirth! But I digress…

Let’s talk about what I am bringing to you in the coming days/weeks. Taking a mental break has put me quite a bit behind but also opened up the opportunity to revisit all my WIP and give you the option to choose what you want the most!

I have a pretty large list of bugs (see photo). I have them sorted by priority and am trying to tackle them one at a time, as quickly as possible. If you know of a bug that isn’t listed here please let me know :)

•• ━━━━━ Upcoming Collab ━━━━━ ••

I can’t say who just quite yet, but there is a company I have been talking with since October. This company didn’t come to me, I have been pestering them for months to let me recreate their products in the game because they are amazing, cost-affordable, stylish, practical…. I mean I could truly go on and on. I was just telling my dentist the other day about their products. Anywayssss I finally sold them and this set is in the works with a delivery planned for the end of this month! AND, this is a BB set - not a mini mod. I am going back to my roots!

•• ━━━━━ Current WIP ━━━━━ ••

Right before chaos ensued, my primary focus was Filthy Fabulous Part 2. I tend to stay focused on 1-2 current WIP sets because when I am working with difficult coding it is hard to pick back up after a long break. But since it has been… 6+ weeks, I basically have the opportunity to continue any one of my WIP. I went through all of my folders and chose the options I thought you would love the most & were closest to completion. Lots of details are below!

I will finish up the one with the most votes first. Any one of these can be completed in ~1 week. My goal is to finish the top two before the end of May.

1) Kiosk (Punny Name TBD)

This was originally part of Filthy Fab, but then became its own thing because it seemed to be very useful as it’s own mini-mod. I described the features of this in detail in a Patreon post and several livestreams. YouTube videos are time-stamped to play when I start discussing the kiosk.

3) Hoarder's Simnonymous Update

Essentially a huge overhaul & update to this mod. There are quite a few issues and it is in need of serious improvement. A few examples of work needed are:

• Add compatibility with SrslySim’s storage mods
• Fix black photo storage issue (big undertaking, but mostly figured it out already)
• Add ability to retrieve items stuck in inventories (even EA items)
• Add new objects requested by patrons

4) Updating PBJ's Photo & Frame Mod

So I haven’t talked about this much, but I spent 10 months trying to get a hold of PBJ after her mod broke with the DHD pack. We had previously worked together to make our stuff compatible and she is a lovely woman. Right before my life turned to chaos, I finally got in touch with her and she is too busy with school to keep modding. I offered to take over her mod/maintain it/update it untill she is able to come back and she agreed!

So this update would consist of two parts - fixing/updating her work and also updating/adding new features to photographic memory mod. Updates of her mod would consist of fixing the slotting issues (photos go to household inventory on game reload).

I would then remove her photo override completely and in place of that add 6 new sizes to photographic memory mod. These 6 new sizes would essentially be the same thing as her overrides… without it being an override. These would also be compatible with all her frames, which if you haven’t seen her mod check out the link below. She has a plethora of frames you can use with photos or my photo prints.

5) OMSP+

Ok so this is something I have been working on for 1.5 years… seriously. The first time I mentioned it was in my very first live stream (excuse the poor audio, I didn’t know what I was doing).

It started out as a way to display books from debug, then turned into a OMSP+ system for all deco slots, and somehow morphed into the Saleabration Retail System (with the original concept being abandoned).

Essentially this is like the tried and true OMSP but with a bit more sophistication AND unlimited vertical placement even when not against a wall AND doesn’t have the slot deleting with wall/wallpaper changes bug.

6) VFX Machine

So I made this mini-mod mostly at the end of 2021 (how was that 5 months ago??), but I ended up holding off on releasing it because I thought it would be good to pair with the wedding pack. Then I got distracted by Filthy Fab & life… yada yada yada. But the VFX set essentially lets you easily play visual effects (all of which are BGC) which are great for sooo many things, but especially events and photos. These include fireworks, lighting, falling effects like confetti and sparkles, etc. Check out the time-stamped video where you can see it in action.
