Jenny's feet V3

Sometimes she manages to skip the forced wash, her feet gain the power to knocking out anyone in a 10km radius. No one can escape the smell! They fall into a temporary slumber, only waking up when Jenny washes her feet or when she's far, far away from them. Lucky Jenny, she she has it easy during that time, the crime rate is zero and she doesn't even have to lift a finger.
