New Waffle Cone Tier

Right now its just the $5 but more expensive, as Patreon seems to frown upon raffles as a tier reward. I've already promised idea suggestion and voting for monthly illustrations at the $5 tier, but would you all find it acceptable to move suggestions to $10?
