2024-08-21 20:58:04 +0000 UTCI just turned 30 and used to watch neighbours everyday as a kid, and my parents hated it 😂 It filled the gap when CBBC ended and The Simpsons started but I genuinely loved it too 😂

2024-08-21 20:41:15 +0000 UTCThat thing that went over your head where she said don't let him watch "neighbours" (which was shown twice a day) early because there will be hell to pay later when he realizes he's seen it is something every English person over 35 is so familiar with as part of our growing up (unless your parents didn't watch neighbours and therefor you didn't grow up with it) that its hilarious. That line is my favourite line of the whole series, i mean all of them because it is so spot on. I know this doesn't convey why it is so funny but it's just a funny because its true thing and I just felt I had to tell you about it.
