Great news—we’ve wrapped up our poll, and over 80% of you can access the 4K videos on our website without any issues! That’s a huge win for us, and we’re so grateful for your feedback. Of the remaining 20%, only two patrons commented about problems (which we’ve now resolved—phew!). If you’re still having trouble, please send us a direct message. We’d love to guide you step-by-step to get you watching in 4K ASAP!
Even better? We’ve updated almost our entire library to 4K on the site now. It’s been a big push, and we’re nearly there—new videos are coming soon to get us fully back on track. Thank you for your amazing support—it’s because of you we can keep this rolling!
