I may end up releasing it on my channel later but I don't know yet. Hope you enjoy it!

This one is strange (the good kind) because the intensity of your gaze means I can’t look away but that same focus keeps my mind from going light speed all over the place. Paired with the commands and the counting- I don’t think I’ve been able to make it through the entire thing without falling asleep.

Your guided meditations have worked well for me and normally my brain can't switch off but I am able to with your vids so I'm looking forward to using this one too!
