”Isekai (pronounced Ee-se-ka-ee)” means another world and usually in this genre, the main character will die from the start, sometimes meet a Goddess or magical spirit that will explain the situation or provide the character with powers, and reincarnate in another world with an extra powerful ability and live a whole new life. Also there is a concept, "Tsuyokute-new game" which is restarting a game after you have once completed it with all the status being at max. Subaru probably is referring to them at the beginning.
