He says 1 more being Moeka (shining finger)'s d-mail about the phone because the lottery ticket one doesn't have to affect anyone. With Farris and now Ruka he wanted their permission/help because it was outside of his desire. While the lottery ticket was just a test that doesn't hurt anyone. I'm glad you guys are loving the show, it's been top 4 on Myanimelist FOREVER for a reason, despite the top 50 being 90% action/fighting, shows like this still break through and shine!
