The Predator is NOT part of Alien canon. The Alien creatures ARE part of Predator canon. Weird stuff. Also, AvP originated in comics, before video games or movies.

2022-08-23 02:00:43 +0000 UTCThey didn't mention it, so if anybody is interested, this is the theatrical cut. Also, it isn't the year 2037. That was just an identifier for the menu Dallas was looking at. The movie is set somewhere around 2120, if I remember correctly.

2022-08-11 07:42:27 +0000 UTCI really love Alien/Predator series, Alien vs Predator and Alien 1/2/3 are my fav 4 is ok'ish, if you like the series just watch everything and promethus at the end, there are some scenes in Alien 4 worth watching.

2022-08-11 03:53:25 +0000 UTCA few things to mention. First for Aliens you guys should try to watch the directors cut instead of the theatrical release. Second the movie takes place around 2122. Third if you are looking for a cool documentary about this film I would suggest giving "Memory: The Origins of Alien". It shows the inspiration of the design of the Xenomorph and how the movie almost did not happen on multiple occasions.
