@A, the hole in the hand is a physical part of the All for One quirk. And it’s been the only demonstrated way in it giving and taking quirks.

2022-12-19 03:53:08 +0000 UTCAfO used Forcible Quirk Activation on kurogiri via Rivet Stab so it's not too farfetched to imagine him stealing quirks (or using other quirks) via Rivet (though maybe stealing can only be done using that hole in their hand). I don't wan't confirmation though, as I'm an anime-only.

2022-12-19 03:30:17 +0000 UTCThe quirk that Bakugo and Endeavor got stabbed with has nothing to do with stealing quirks. It’s a quirk called Rivet Stab. We’ve seen All for One use it before in his fight against All Might. It’s function is self explanatory.

EDIT: according to the wiki it is this "Uraraka Leg (うららかレッグ Uraraka Reggu?): This equipment's design was to break her fall from elevation. The sole at her toes is equipped with a shock-absorbing cushion and her heel contains a reinforced spring to soften the shock."
