However there is movie that deals with it, I believe it's the 4th movie, which is called Hellverse. In Bleach like a lot of anime the movies are non canon. They also have a live action Bleach movie on Netflix you can probably check out after you get through the first season it changes things a little but is actually pretty good, and it goes up to the end of the first season/major story arc.
