Doubt Harley will be associated with Joker in the live action films anymore since it’s been a while that they’ve stopped being a thing in the comics and animated movies/shows. She’s more a member of the Bat Family.

Any streamers that do are sooooo fucking lucky nobody has reported them or no big company has gone after them for not only streaming, but making money off of something they didn't have a license to broadcast. The financial Armageddon those random reactors would be facing would be fierce, and they'd owe all the money they made off of those properties plus all the money they would have taken away in terms of subscriptions. 2) You are supposed to watch along with your own copy.
